Distributor Board

This Single Module has great functionality for Different Types of Embedded Project Developments.It’s Give You Plug and Play facility of Interfacing Sensors and LCD with ARDUINO Uno Board. No need Cables or Wiring between ARDUINO and LCD and Sensors, all have done with Board.

You can complete your Project on a Single Board. 3 different Projects can do using this single Board.

1.Distance Measurement Project

If you want to make Project of Distance Measurement of an Object or a Wall than use this Distributor Board with an LCD and a Sensor HC-SR-04, this Both of Device will insert in to Jack on Distributor Board, one 4 pin female socket is there here you can insert HCSR04 [Distance Measurement Sensor], and two Black Female Socket on this Board here you can insert LCD with Male Connectors (yes you have already soldered male Connector on LCD in this Kit Box).that’s all Hardware is Complete, no further cables or wiring connections. You just plug this Distributor Board in To ARDUINO Slot [direction of analog pins]. LCD and Sensor Will Get Power from ARDUINO +5 and GND Pins and All Pins of LCD and Sensor is connected with A0 to A5 of ARDUINO Board. Now get Example code from DVD [included in this box] and upload to ARDUINO, you can see Distance of an Object on the LCD. Have a look working video of this project

Best Part of this Project that you need to engage 8 different pins of ARDUINO to interface with LCD[RS,EN,D4,D5,D6,D7] ,and Sensor [Echo, Trigger] but you did it by using only 6 Pins of ARDUINO. You will Learn How to change Pin Functions Dynamically through the Code. Have a look Circuit Diagram of this Project and think about the Logic of Code which we implemented for this hardware. Point is A2 Pin of ARDUINO is making 2 roles in this code and hardware.

Role 1 of A2 is connected with LCD Pin of D4 and role2 of A2 is also connected with Trigger Pin of the Sensor. Same types 2 Roles of A5 Pin of ARDUINO.

 

2. Temperature and Humidity Measurement Project

If you want to make Temperature and Humidity Measurement Project, than you can Complete Your Project with this Single Module. You need to just plug your DHT11 Sensor in to 4 Pin Black Female Connector where you inserted sensor in before Experiment. This 4 pin Socket has both of sensor type compatible. Plug LCD in to Distributor Board and Plug this Distributor Board in to ARDUINO Slot Where Analog Pin Side Direction. That’s all; Hardware is Complete, now take file of Codding from DVD and Upload to ARDUINO. After Uploading Code in ARDUINO you will see Present Temperature and Humidity Level of your Room on The LCD Display. Display will update in Every Second.

Here is same Point that Function of A2 Pin is working for LCD Pin of D4 and getting DATA from DHT11 Sensor. Mean A2 is Performing as an OUTPUT Pin for LCD D4 Pin, and getting input From DHT 11 sensor as an INPUT Pin. You will learn that only one pin is doing job as an INPUT and as an OUTPUT in one Program for Single Hardware.

3. RFID MODULE INTERFACING WITH ARDUINO ON ANALOG PINS SIDE

Complete RFID Project on Single Platform

As all know RFID Module MFRC522 needs Minimum 5 Pins to connect with ARDUINO MOSI MISO SCK CS RESET. These Pins also Dependents on ARDUINO PINS MOSI [11], MISO [12], SCK [13] Pins. If you do Google than you will see MFRC Module is using same pins in maximum projects.

Here we modify Library to use these pins as our Custom Pin Mapping with ARDUINO; we used here ANALOG pins for our MFRC 522 Module Interfacing with ARDUINO. This Distributor Board has done this job proficiently. You can make this complete project within 5 minutes. You just fix the MFRC 522 Module in to Distributor Board and also insert the LCD in to Distributor Board and Plug in This Distributor Board in to ARDUINO. That’s all Hardware done; now get the code from DVD along with this Kit and Upload the Program in to ARDUINO.

this Module getting Power from ARDUINO Supply +3.3 volts and GND Pins.Now Interfaced each and Every Required Pins of Module with ARDUINO Custom Pins. Now no dependency on ARDUINO SPI BUS Controller, you have done by Bit Banging Method for RFID Module.

Uniqueness of the above Experiment that, using 6 Pins only from an Arduino, A0 to A5. All other Digital Pins are Free for uses in other Purpose of the Projects.
