Ready Realy Board Control using Remote

Relay is an Electromechanically Switching device to use to isolation from Low Current supply to Load. If we look in internal structure of a relay there is a coil which generate a magnetic flux around when it get energized. Resultant a common point connected to N/O (Normally Open) Point and if Coil is De energized than Common Point connected to N/C (Normally Connected) Point have look internal view of relay

 

For instance, a 5 Amp relay rated at 125VAC can also switch 2.5 Amps at 250VAC. Similarly, a 5 Amp relay rated at 24VDC can switch 2.5 Amps at 48VDC, or even 10 Amps at 12VDC.

Operation of this device is to make or break contact with the help of a signal (or Logic Level from Micro-controller 3.3v/5 volts) without any human involvement in order to switch it ON or OFF. It is mainly used to control a high powered circuit using a low power signal.

But the point is when we get output voltage from ARDUINO or Other Micro-controller for ON and OFF, these voltages not having  sufficient current to drive the coil of a Relay Directly. So we need to give Supply voltages to the coil via a Transistor when we get output from a Controller.

When logic one (input for Relay Board) it will drive the base of a NPN Transistor to Switch the Supply to the Coil and When Coil get the Supply than Contact will Switch.

Connection Detail of Ready Relay Board. in this circuit we using 12 Relay Module. 

When you will use this Relay board Please Verify that Relay Voltage either 5 volts or 12.if it has 12 V Relay than it will need externally 12 volt Power to Positive Pin of This Board.
